Since 1995, I have been working as an organizational developer, both in executive and advisor positions.
Although I have had the opportunity to teach and be a mentor all my professional life, since 2016, I have a stronger bond with the academy, and I dedicate most of my time to teaching and research. My research topics are psychology and neurosciences applied to entrepreneurship, with strong person orientation.
